Starting in August we will be offering an Adult Conditioning Stroke Clinic for all adults that are able comfortably to swim 25 yds backstroke and freestyle.
Stroke Clinic will be held:
Mondays, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19 at 7:00pm – 7:45 pm.
Wednesdays, 8/7, 8/14, 8/21 at 7:00 pm -7:45 pm.
Registration required on-line: $45 for all classes
