Nassau Dive Team is a participating member of PASDA (Princeton Area Swimming and Diving Association). We compete against other area teams.
Early season practices run weekdays 4-5 pm June 8 - 22. On June 23, practice will run 3-5 pm with a parents' scoring & judging clinic 5-6:30 pm. Regular season practice runs June 24 - July 20 with 10 yrs and younger 12:30-1:30 and 11 yrs and older 1:30-2:30.

Our team, the Lemmings, has a mix of experienced and novice divers, and the emphasis is on fun and being part of the team. We encourage divers to come to practice daily, but we understand when that's not possible. Come join the fun!
Nassau does not accept responsibility for your child. We are collecting registration information for safety reasons only. Your registration represents acceptance of these terms, as well as parental commitment for volunteering at 2 meets and bringing an item for the home concession stand.
REQUIREMENTS: Team Members are required to have completed the deep-end test. No previous experience is needed to join the team.
